Reduced floor height

Bearing wall structure makes it difficult to reduce floor height due to its structure consisting of columns, girders and slabs. Now the columnar structure for long-life housing allows application of VD system, thereby facilitating the reduction of floor height.

Reduced dead load

Application of VD system enables economic design since the hollow space inside the slab reduces its dead load.
